My neighbors came over to watch the “Big Game” yesterday and I was planning on making meatballs. To my surprise, they decided to make them so I didn’t have to! And they were delicious! He used a sweet Indonesian ketjap that is very popular in Dutch cooking.
He and his wife Claudia being from just outside Amsterdam, this is a staple in their home. I had to come up with a slightly different version of the sauce but I think this is quite good. Thanks for the great meatballs Willem-Jan!!
