Chicken Tandoori

Simple, simple and very tasty.  I pounded the chicken a little bit and it took about 15 minutes to have dinner on the table!  It’s a long day on Monday and I needed something easy!

TANDOORI CHICKEN RECIPE

1/2 t curry powder
1/2 t red pepper flakes
1/4 t ground ginger
1/4 t smoked paprika
1/4 t cinnamon
1/4 t turmeric
2 T water
salt and pepper
1 package chicken tenders or breasts
olive oil spray

In a bowl, mix curry, red pepper, salt, ginger, paprika, cinnamon, and turmeric with water to form a smooth paste. Rub paste on tenders and let marinate for 30 minutes.  At medium heat cook tenders in a grill pan with a bit of olive oil spray for about 3 minutes on each side or until done.

    This was delicious! I didn’t have time to marinate it, so I just made sure all the pieces were covered in the sauce and then threw them in the pan. So easy and very flavorful. Thank you!U
