Well, I’m finally here! Ready to move on to my new thinner, healthier life with 3 goals in mind:
1. Park far away from the entrance and always take the stairs (this shouldn’t be hard since my brand new car, my 1973 MG is STILL in the shop! ha!).
2. Eat 3 tablespoons of oat bran every day (this shouldn’t be hard with all the recipes I’ve come up with and all the ones I’ll be posting in the future!).
3. Have a PP (Pure Protein) day every week (Wednesdays for me!), the same day of the week (this shouldn’t be hard with all the recipes I still plan on posting until all of you are in Stabilization with me!).
I’m excited and a bit nervous to move on but really, really happy that I, 1. joined the UK diet when I did, 2. started this webpage to keep myself in line with the diet, and 3. started this webpage to help others with their journey.
Good luck everyone and let me know how you are doing! Don’t worry, even though I’m moving on, I’m not going anywhere! And I’m working on my book, hoping it’ll be ready early this fall!
