3 T zero calorie brown sugar
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t onion powder
1 T smoked paprika
1 t ancho chili powder
1 T kosher salt
1/2 t cayenne pepper
1/4 t black pepper
1/4 t cumin
1/2 t dry mustard
Mix all the rub ingredients together in a small bowl. Rub the mix on the tenderloin with a dry hand. Roast at 325 for 40 minutes or until 145 degrees internally. Remove from oven, cover with foil and let set 15 minutes before slicing.

I made this tonight (used only 2T of the Splenda brown sugar, since I’m not a fan of sweetener) and it was delicious! I loved this rub and will try it on other meats. Thanks for all these wonderful recipes. It almost makes being on the Dukan diet fun!
I made this for Dinner yesterday. It was delicious. I served it with sweet potatoes, green beans and carrots. Will make it again.
it makes it fun for me too! only way to keep me in line! glad you enjoyed it!
delish! the sweet potatoes aren’t Dukan friendly but they sure sound great! i may have to have one on one of my cheat days!!
I made this last night but used boneless pork chops and grilled them. Absolutely delicious, thanks for sharing
