Pantry and Refrigerator Shopping List
PANTRY AND REFRIGERATOR SHOPPING LIST
I’ve updated this with Dukan’s all-you-can-eat (*) 100 foods list. It should be a very helpful shopping list with a lot of my favorites added in there. Since fat free dairy products aren’t found everywhere in the world, and I followed the UK version of the diet, I was able to reach my goal weight eating low fat dairy everyday. Hope the list helps you!! I’ve also created a printable version of the list that you can take to the store with you! You can buy it here, or email me at janice@dukanitout.com.

right, this list basically the top 100 foods, plus/minus a few, that Dukan allows through the cruise phase. but it’s a cool list to keep, we’re working on a pad that we’re going to sell on the site. it gives you ideas when you get lost at the grocery store for ideas! good luck on the diet!~!
Sounds like a wonderful idea!!! Thanks for the list.
Hi Janice, would you have a receipe for a chocolate mouse please? I made the Lime Cheesecake yesterday and was surprised to find it such a great amount of filling! So I have a Cheesecake as well as a bowl of filling which is so much like mousse. Tastes wonderful. I feel quite guilty enjoying it.
hey carrol. when i wanted chocolate i just made sugar free chocolate jello pudding and then folded in some thawed sugar free cool whip. it’s delicious!!
