Tom and I go to a sushi restaurant nearby and they make this amazing fish. They get this fresh black cod and marinate it in this sweet miso, mirin and sake glaze. All these ingredients you can find at your local grocery store. Miso paste is located in the refrigerated Asian section of the grocery and the others should be on the shelves. You just broil the fish after marinating and enjoy in 10 minutes.

1 T Brown Sugar Blend Splenda or regular Splenda
1 T soy sauce
4-6 oz cod filets or sea bass
green onions for garnish
Mix sake, mirin, miso, Splenda and soy in a shallow baking dish, cover and marinate for at least 2 hours and up to 6. Broil fish 6 to 8 minutes about 6 inches from the heat, until nice and flaky and opaque in the center. Garnish with green onion.
