I will try to get a photo of this soon. As soon as I get through my parents’ Anniversary party this weekend! But Michelle posted this on Facebook and we thought it would be a good idea to have it on the site for everyone!! Thanks, Michelle!
MICHELLE’S FAT FREE SUGAR FREE ICE CREAM
1 1/2 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup Stevia in the raw or Splenda
1 small package of pudding (I used cheesecake)
8 0z “light” Yogurt (I used Vanilla)
2 cup fat free half and half
2 t vanilla
Mix the FF Milk, Stevia, and pudding in mixer until well blended, like 1 or 2 mins, add Yogurt, half and half and vanilla. Mix until well blended, then just add it to your ice cream maker. Mine was almost done and was already at a good creamy soft serve consistency in only 15 minutes.
You can do sooo many flavor combinations with this. You could do chocolate pudding or use a fruit yogurt and vanilla pudding. I was thinking about trying it with jello one time instead of pudding. Then could use like raspberry. (or suggestions by jlo, if jello doesn’t work you could just use a crystal light drink mix with the sweetener. they have raspberry!)
