DukanItOut.com’s SEAFOOD RECIPE CONTEST AND GIVEAWAY!
YOU HAVE UNTIL JULY 22nd (2 MORE DAYS!!) TO ENTER YOUR FAVORITE DUKAN SEAFOOD RECIPE!!
I don’t seem to cook with a lot of seafood and I noticed over the weekend that the site is quite low on seafood recipes. Since I’m from Seattle originally and I’m a seafood snob, I just don’t buy too much seafood on a regular basis. Anyway, I thought it might be fun to offer a PENZEY’S SPICE Giveaway* (You should all know by now they are my favorite spices in the world!) to the Grand Prize Winner of the contest.
How to Enter: We will post an entry form later today on http://DukanItOut.com where you can electronically enter your favorite DUKAN-FRIENDLY Seafood Recipe. Recipe must follow US Dukan Diet Rules (sorry but I had to pick one since they differ!) and must follow the Attack or Cruise Phase guidelines. Seafood must be an approved protein, and it can either follow the Pure Protein OR Protein Vegetable guidelines. Dish can be an appetizer, entree, or dessert?? Well, hopefully we won’t be making fish ice cream!! One recipe entry per person.
Important Dates: All entries need to be received by Friday, July 22, 2011 8pm pdt. All recipes will be posted at DukanItOut.com for you to select your top 5 recipes. Voting will close on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 8pm pdt. I will then prepare each of the top 5 recipes for a panel of judges the weekend of July 29, each recipe getting it’s own post, and one Grand Prize winner will be announced Monday, August 1, 2011 8pm pdt.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to all U.S. citizens legally residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia AND Canada. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Sponsor: This contest is completely sponsored by DukanItOut.com and in no way affiliated with The Dukan Diet, Dr. Dukan or Penzey’s Spices (except the fact that we are huge fans of all of them!).
Stay tuned for more information on the website: http://DukanItOut.com for entry form and voting place. We hope everyone has fun with this and we can do more of them in the future!
