ATTACK WEEKEND: SUCCESS, DOWN 1.2 LBS
So, I remember how this goes. You go to the grocery store, you buy a LOT of protein, you prepare a LOT of it for the weekend, and you go on your merry way, eating it. I’m going to show you how to get through a weekend, in Palm Springs no less (so basically on vacation), around a lot of people eating and drinking whatever they want. And survive. Sucessfully!
Just make sure you have food around you. These are old Dukan Diet recipes but i’ll post new ones this week now that I’m home.
Tomorrow I’ll share the snacks I brought to the pool. I had myself a little picnic. And it helps to package your food cute. It makes you feel as special as those eating all those fattening chips with beer!!
