This burger was 100% as satisfying as one with a bun. It was the most delicious salad I’ve had in a really long time. I guess it was so good because the ingredients were so fresh and the tomatoes were so sweet next to the tang of the mustard. A truly delicious Dukan Diet recipe. Try it–no guilt whatsoever!
TOP SIRLOIN DECONSTRUCTED BURGER
2 cups of fresh greens (I used baby romaine mix)
2 frozen top sirloin burgers
fat free mozzarella cheese, shredded
handful of red tomatoes
I grilled my burgers in a grill pan with a bit of salt and pepper. Then I topped them with cheese once I flipped them. I’d say it took about 6-7 minutes per side, since they were frozen. Then I constructed the salad around the burger.
