Another super simple Dukan Diet recipe that won’t disappoint and won’t break the bank. Happy Saturday everyone!!
ITALIAN CHICKEN AND BRUSSELS SPROUTS
6 chicken thighs, skin removed (any pieces you like)
12 Brussels sprouts, trimmed and sliced
2/3 jar of marinara sauce (watch to make sure there are no added sugars)
1/3 jar of water
1/2 onion, sliced
2 tomatoes, diced
Brown your chicken, onions and sprouts in a bit of cooking spray. Add the rest of the ingredients and cover. Simmer for 25 minutes, remove the lid and simmer for another 5 to thicken up the sauce a bit. Serve immediately, it’s that easy!!
