This little one-pot dish was a perfect Dukan Diet Recipe and sooooooo simple to prepare it wasn’t even funny.
A couple things to trim and you’ve got an entire meal done in a half an hour. And the bones I used to make chicken broth!!
LEMON, CHICKEN AND ARTICHOKES
6 chicken thighs, skin and bones removed
juice of half a lemon
splash of dry white wine
2 artichokes, trimmed
In a large saucepan, brown your chicken with a bit of cooking spray. Season with salt and pepper. Add the juice and wine and place the artichokes in the pan. Cover and steam for 25 minutes, or until artichokes are tender.
