So, Happy New Year Everyone! I’ve got some weight to lose so I’ll be back again this year posting delicious Dukan Diet recipes again. Today, I’m going to take you shopping with me to stock up on all the basics I’m going to need. Stay tuned for an update after lunch after I get back from the grocery!
I’m back from the grocery store and have all my ingredients for Attack Meatballs!! They’re sooooooo good and I can’t wait to make them tonight. I ran 2 miles and then walked home with my groceries. I’m feeling better already!!
I also picked up fat free cottage cheese, yogurt and sour cream. Along with low fat string cheese for snacks. Got some Healthy ham from Trader Joe’s and lean roast beef for snacks, as well. I’ll let you know how my meatballs turned out tomorrow!! Good luck everyone-Day One of the Dukan Diet, here I am!!
And yay! Thanks to my friend Mary Ann, she told me there was gluten free oat bran and I just found it on Amazon! Yay!
