A BIT OF REALITY
So, this post is going to be a bit of inspiration, mostly from you, the followers. I’ve been spending every other weekend in my new place in Rancho Mirage. I’ve been eating horribly, and therefore, been consistently gaining the weight back that I lost when I followed the diet originally. It does not make me happy but I’m at the point where I am ready to be serious about losing again, and treating my body a lot better than I have been. So, with a business trip to Las Vegas starting tomorrow morning, and a day at home to prepare, I’m starting the Attack Phase of the Dukan Diet again today! This week I obviously won’t be able to cook so I’m going to post my meals that I eat, in hopes that it inspires you, and keeps me honest! So, here goes…ATTACK, ATTACK, ATTACK. And of course I won’t be traveling without my oat bran!!Good luck with your diet this week and thanks for following my blog…I’ll be back cooking a lot more Dukan diet recipes when I’m back after 4 days of serious Attack.
