Well, I made it. And ON the day. Someone was looking out for me for sure! I truly can’t believe it and I’m really happy that I can move on! It’s not even for the food that I want to move on, because I really haven’t felt that I’ve missed out on anything. The above chart was my provisional schedule since in the UK I didn’t actually make it on the 28th of May (day ahead and all) so it shows that I had til the 4th of June to get there. Well, I made it on the scheduled day! Yay!!
I’ll keep my weight down, I know, but I think the daily weigh-in will be a thing of the past. I will check every couple of days to make sure I’m in the right place. But I’m going to spend more time now in the kitchen working diligently coming up with new and exciting recipes.
And I wanted to clarify something that some of you may be thinking. I didn’t starve myself to get here. It’s important that people realize that you may plateau, gain, lose, go all over the board. But stick with it! I ate a turkey burger, a pork chop and about 6 slices of pork loin last night! And I ate a chocolate pumpkin muffin! When your body is ready to let go of the weight, it will.
EVERYONE has done a great job and I thank you all for the inspiration that you give me each day to cook and make healthy, tasty food! Good luck everyone! You can do it!
So, I’ve been asked to post my Consolidation Phase. Here it is. As you can see, I hover between 120 and 122 most of the time. Pretty happy with it but plan on getting below my goal weight this week to 118. I think I want to drop a few more! Sorry, it’s so unclear, I couldn’t figure out a better way to get a pic, I couldn’t capture a copy of the picture on their website.
