Buffalo Shrimp
These, again, were super simple and really quick. A perfect little snack or appetizer. There’s no reason why we shouldn’t have fun snacks to watch the football games with this weekend! Try the Buffalo Shrimp, some fun meatballs and the taco dip from yesterday’s post, and you have a Dukan-friendly party!! Enjoy the weekend.
BUFFALO SHRIMP
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup of your favorite hot sauce (I used Frank’s Red Hot)
1 t Splenda or 1 T honey (Consolidation)
Skewer shrimp and cook on a grill or grill pan for 1 1/2 minutes per side, or until done. Mix the hot sauce and sweetener together and pour over the shrimp, just heating the sauce, about 30 seconds per side. Serve skewers with fat free sour cream or yogurt mixed with chives, and extra hot sauce.

Your recipes look great. What brand of chili paste do you use? I saw some in the store but the first ingredient was sugar.
