Flashback Fridays! I loved this and just found it hiding in the summer of 2012. It was an awesome Dukan Diet recipe, one that I’ll be making out in the desert this weekend! Have a great weekend everyone!! Also try this one, a spicy version!!
Tom wanted BLTs today and this is how we had them! Delicious and not heavy feeling with all that bread. Yummy. All Tom’s idea.
BLT AND TURKEY WRAPS
8-10 thin slices low fat turkey slices
4 slices turkey bacon
1/2 large tomato, sliced
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
fat free mayonnaise
freshly ground pepper
Lay the turkey on a cutting board, overlapping the slices to form about a 8-inch square. place the lettuce, bacon and tomato on top and add some freshly ground pepper. Roll the turkey up and slice it. Mmmmm. And that easy!
