Tom wanted BLTs today and this is how we had them! Delicious and not heavy feeling with all that bread. Yummy. All Tom’s idea.
BLT AND TURKEY WRAPS
8-10 thin slices low fat turkey slices
4 slices turkey bacon
1/2 large tomato, sliced
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
fat free mayonnaise
freshly ground pepper
Lay the turkey on a cutting board, overlapping the slices to form about a 8-inch square. place the lettuce, bacon and tomato on top and add some freshly ground pepper. Roll the turkey up and slice it. Mmmmm. And that easy!
