Yet another super simple shrimp recipe. Only 3 main ingredients and besides the 2 hours you should marinate these shrimp, you’re pretty much eating them in about 5 minutes. Hope you like them.
BASIL AND GARLIC SHRIMP
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup basil leaves, chopped
salt and pepper
Season shrimp with salt and pepper and skewer them. Spray shrimp with cooking spray and rub garlic and basil leaves all over the shrimp. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Cook them on a grill or grill pan for 1 1/2 minutes per side, or until done.
