Acorn Squash Chips

Acorn Squash Chips
These were a really fun treat! They were sweet and salty. I bet they’d even be good with a bit of splenda and cinnamon on them! I didn’t let my chips get real crunchy. Of course I was taste-testing along the way and I actually liked mine a bit chewy. A few of them got brown and crispy, and I liked them too! I basically really liked all of them-ha! A fun fall snack. And I just bougth my mandoline so I had to find a fun thing to use it for!! If anyone is looking for one, I LOVE my MIU and they are really well priced on EBay.
ACORN SQUASH CHIPS
